Debbie White, D.V.M.

Medical Director

Tiffany Moore, D.V.M.

Dr. Moore was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and grew up in Barbados. Being an only child, her companions were always four-legged and furry. She knew from a young age that she wanted to become a veterinarian. Growing up, she would volunteer at the RSPCA in Barbados, and during her studies in New York, she volunteered at various shelters in the area.

Dr. Moore obtained her Associate’s in Veterinary Technology, and later graduated with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science, both at colleges located in upstate New York. She then earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) from Ross University in St. Kitts. She completed her clinical studies at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana before migrating to Las Vegas. Exotic medicine, surgery, mentorship, and pathology are some of her areas of interest. 

Since joining the Lone Mountain team, Dr. Moore held the position of Recruitment Director for a couple of years. She has now assumed the role of Medical Director. 

She extends her love for education and mentorship by participating in veterinary community outreach within the Las Vegas area. In her free time, Dr. Moore is a Harry Potter fanatic, enjoys cooking, traveling, fitness, and spending time with her family. She shares her life with her husband, a guinea pig named Rowena, and a Shih Tzu mix named Fleur that she adopted from Lone Mountain Animal Hospital.

Veterinarian

Jacquelyn Shoppa D.V.M.

Dr. Shoppa received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stetson University and her DVM from Kansas State University. She originally joined our staff in 2005, after taking some time off to spend with her family, she agreed to rejoin our practice on a part-time basis in 2015.

Her special interest includes oncology, cardiology, and exotic animal medicine. Her four-legged children include Cuzco, Ezzy, and Rumbler.

Veterinarian

Emilie Dours, D.V.M.

Originally from Louisiana, Dr. Emilee Dours grew up surrounded by animals including dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. Her passion for veterinary medicine began in preschool when she told her teacher she loved animals. The teacher suggested she should become an animal doctor, and from that moment the dream stuck.

At 15 years old she began working in the kennels at a veterinary clinic, and it immediately felt right. She has continued working in veterinary practices ever since. As part of school credit, she was able to shadow veterinarians, assisting and gaining hands-on clinical experience. While in undergrad she worked at a different veterinary clinic that specialized in exotics, which ultimately solidified her decision to pursue veterinary school with a focus on exotic animals.

Growing up in Louisiana also gave Dr. Dours opportunities to volunteer with local wildlife. She worked with raptors, birds of prey, raccoons, and squirrels, further expanding her knowledge and passion for animal care.

She attended Louisiana State University for her undergraduate studies and graduated in 2015. She went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from LSU in 2021.

Since moving to Las Vegas, Dr. Dours has enjoyed the weather, the nightlife, and the city’s social atmosphere. In her spare time, she loves traveling, gardening, painting, and spending quality time with her dog and cat.

Veterinarian

Lindsay Geiger, D.V.M.

Lindsay grew up in the Poconos of Pennsylvania before moving to Charleston, South Carolina at age 14. From an early age, she was surrounded by a variety of pets including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chickens, goats, horses, rabbits, and hamsters. Her passion for veterinary medicine manifested early; she was often found playing doctor with her stuffed animals and even created a PowerPoint presentation to convince her mom she could responsibly care for a parakeet.

Lindsay’s hands-on experience with animals began at age 12, working at a nearby horse barn and pet sitting. During her teenage years, she volunteered at animal shelters, laying the groundwork for her future career. For undergraduate studies, she attended Clemson University. During her undergraduate years, she worked as a kennel technician and shortly progressed to a veterinary technician assistant. After graduating in 2015, she completed an exciting internship at a large exotic animal facility in Texas, working with lions, tigers, and bears.

Before starting veterinary school, Lindsay worked as a veterinary technician at a county animal shelter, where she headed the heartworm department and served as a surgical veterinary technician for three years. Lindsay attend St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2025.

During her free time, she enjoys binge-watching shows on Netflix and spending time with her own pets: Murphy (a terrier), Odin (a one-eyed cat), Simba ( a cat), and Cecil (a crested gecko).

Lindsay is passionate about client education, drawing from her experience working with low-income families at the county shelter. This experience taught her the importance of compassionate veterinary care and finding ways to help pet owners provide the best possible care while working within their means.

Veterinarian

Victoria Jammel, D.V.M.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Dr. Jammel developed her love for animals early in life, surrounded by a variety of pets. Her household included various pocket pets like gerbils, a tortoise, several turtles, two dogs, many cats, and an interesting collection of exotic animals. This diverse animal family helped shape her early understanding of different species and their unique care requirements.

Her journey into veterinary medicine was significantly influenced by her parents’ encouragement and guidance. Her father played a particularly instrumental role by bringing home different animals and teaching her the importance of responsible pet care. Her mother contributed to her educational foundation by arranging monthly deliveries of animal encyclopedias, which fed young Dr. Jammel’s growing curiosity about the animals. This early exposure and parental support helped cultivate a deep-seated passion for animal care that would shape her future career path.

During her high school years, Dr. Jammel took a significant step in her professional development by joining the Conservation Teen Scientists (CTS) program at Zoo Miami. This program required participants to develop comprehensive knowledge about every animal in the zoo, including their origins, behaviors, and specific needs. As part of the program, she played an important role in public education, teaching visitors about environmental conservation and helping them understand the fascinating world of various animal species.

Her professional experience expanded when she joined the South Florida Wildlife Center, where she gained experience in wildlife rehabilitation and release programs. A pivotal moment in her career came when she secured her first position at a small veterinary clinic. Though she started with basic duties like cleaning and maintenance, her dedication caught the attention of the practice owner. This veterinarian became a crucial mentor, gradually involving her in clinical work and teaching her that every role in veterinary medicine, no matter how small, contributes to building a strong career foundation. This experience profoundly shaped her perspective on veterinary medicine and reinforced her commitment to the field.

Dr. Jammel received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, in May of 2025.

When she’s not focused on her veterinary studies, Dr. Jammel maintains an active lifestyle that reflects her love for the outdoors. She enjoys various activities, including hiking and water sports such as water skiing, surfing, and snorkeling. She also practices yoga, helping her maintain the perfect balance between her demanding studies and physical wellbeing.

Veterinarian

A’dayre McNeal, D.V.M.

Originally from Los Angeles, Compton specifically, A’dayre grew up with a deep appreciation for animals and community. As a child, her family briefly had a dog, but due to busy schedules, they later welcomed a calico cat named Millie when A’dayre was 10 years old. Millie is still with her today and has been a constant throughout her journey.

While animals did not initially influence her dream of becoming a veterinarian, A’dayre always knew she wanted to work in medicine. Around middle school, she became drawn to animal care, spending much of her time pet sitting to earn extra income. That interest expanded into hands on work with wildlife and exotic species, particularly animals rescued by Fish and Wildlife. Through those experiences, she fell in love with learning about animals on a deeper level and knew this was the path she wanted to pursue.

Service has always been an important part of her life. A’dayre grew up as a Girl Scout, where she participated in distributing sanitary care packs to unhoused individuals on Skid Row and helped with fundraising efforts. Her mother is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc and through her involvement A’dayre volunteered at food banks and community outreach events. She later joined the sorority during her undergraduate years, continuing domestic service work while also participating in international internships that provided pop up veterinary care for pets in low income communities. She also enjoys volunteering with children through after school programs and summer youth camps.

A’dayre attended Cal Poly Pomona for her undergraduate studies and graduated in 2019. She went on to pursue veterinary school at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at Oklahoma State University. She was originally accepted in Winter 2021 but due to COVID 19 began in Spring 2022 and graduated in August 2025.

A’dayre loves being surrounded by mountains and is especially excited to explore what locals enjoy, visiting parks, spending time outdoors, and hiking at Mt Charleston.

In her spare time, A’dayre enjoys horror movies, reading fiction, attending concerts, and traveling internationally, whether that means living like a local or participating in wildlife focused internships around the world.
